Mr. Teti is a Co-Founder and Partner at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Prior to forming Eagle Cliff, Mr. Teti served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Columbia Property Trust, where he was responsible for directing the operations of Columbia’s portfolio of investments nationwide and served on Columbia’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Columbia in 2020, Mr. Teti was a Partner at Normandy Real Estate Partners, where he was head of the leasing and asset management group, responsible for managing the leasing and marketing activities for the company’s portfolio. Mr. Teti also spent time on business development and capital raising activities for Normandy and served on the investment committee. Earlier, Mr. Teti was part of Normandy’s acquisitions team, where he assisted in underwriting and closing acquisitions and financings. Mr. Teti holds a degree in Sociology from Princeton University, where he was a member of the National Champion rowing team. Mr. Teti is also a three-time member of the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team, competing in the Sydney, Athens, and Beijing Games. Mr. Teti is active in his community and serves on the Board of Trustees at Stuart Country Day School, the Madison Square Park Conservancy, and Playworks. He has held leadership positions with several local and national non-profits and charities, including Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Diabetes Research Institute, and the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team.
Mr. Vlamis is a Co-Founder and Partner at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Previously, he was a Co-founder and Partner of Senlac Ridge Partners, which was formed in 2020 and capitalized several large-scale development projects encompassing over $1.0 billion of total capitalization during its initial two years of operations. Prior to forming Senlac, he was a Partner at Normandy Real Estate Partners, which was sold to Columbia Property Trust in 2020. At Normandy, he served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for co-directing the firm’s real estate investment activities. In this role, Mr. Vlamis directed all operating departments, including investments, leasing, property management, construction, and property accounting. Before joining Normandy in 2002, he was a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and Real Estate Merchant Banking Fund at Lehman Brothers in New York and London, where he was involved in M&A assignments, acquisitions, debt, and private equity financings. Mr. Vlamis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Vlamis is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Open Space Institute and the Advisory Board of the Great Swamp Watershed Association.
Mr. Friedman is a Director at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Previously, he was a Vice President at GreenBarn Investment Group (formerly known as Senlac Ridge Partners), where he focused on the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and capital raising for new investment opportunities as well as the asset and development management of several mixed-use assets throughout the Northeast and Florida. Prior to joining GreenBarn, Mr. Friedman was a member of the investments team at Palatine Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments across the firm’s multifamily and senior housing strategies as well as assisting with fund management and investor reporting. Mr. Friedman began his professional career in 2014 at J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas (“J.P. Morgan”), where he was a member of the Northeast Investment Team, focusing on transactions across risk profiles and product types spanning from the New York City region to Boston. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Friedman was involved in closed transactions encompassing more than $2.5 billion of total capitalization. Mr. Friedman received a BSBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis where he double majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Gerlin is an Associate at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Previously, he was a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield on their tri-state capital markets team, where he focused on underwriting industrial, multifamily, office, development, and retail transactions. The team closed $10 billion in total transactions during his tenure. Before C&W, Mr. Gerlin started his career at Arbor Realty Trust as a financial analyst, providing loan underwriting and due diligence services for both multifamily and mixed-use assets. Mr. Gerlin received a BSBA from the Argos School of Business at Chapman University where he majored in Finance.
Mr. Adessa leads construction and development at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Before joining Eagle Cliff, Mr. Adessa was Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Normandy Real Estate Partners and Columbia Property Trust, where he oversaw all of the company’s development and construction projects in the New York Tri-State. Mr. Adessa has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked extensively in all phases of construction including planning, design, estimating, onsite project management, and commissioning. He has managed the real estate development process from due diligence through budgeting, design team selection, entitlements, and the construction process. In addition to his years of experience, Mr. Adessa possesses a strong technical background and advises in the decision-making process regarding new acquisitions and developments as well as the redevelopment of existing properties and other capital projects. Mr. Adessa graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Building Commissioning Association, SMACNA, and ASME.
Michael Smith is a senior finance professional with more than 25 years of diverse finance and accounting experience. Mr. Smith was previously the CFO of a $1.0 billion financial services division within Société Générale. Mr. Smith also spent time at CIT Group as the CFO of the Commercial Real Estate group and was the Director of Business Planning at Siemens Financial Services. Mr. Smith has his MBA in Finance from Saint Peter’s University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
Ms. Taylor is the Vice President of Property Management at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Previously, Ms. Taylor was a Director of Property Management for Columbia Property Trust and was responsible for the oversight of all property management and engineering operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region while also providing leadership and support to the NJ and NYC regions. She has over 17 years of expertise in the commercial real estate industry, managing over 2 million square feet of assets. She joined Columbia from a private equity real estate firm where she oversaw the majority of the portfolio located in the Mid-Atlantic, including both wholly-owned and third-party assets comprising commercial office, retail, and industrial. As part of her role, she played an integral part in the management, construction, and redevelopment of 80 M Street, SE a 400,000 square-foot commercial office building which underwent an innovative 108,000 square-foot overbuild, D.C.’s first commercial office space to rely primarily on mass timber and an expansive suite of new and improved site amenities. During her tenure she assisted with repositioning several assets, most notably, a property located in DC’s Capitol Hill submarket: re-leasing 68% of the building after the expiration and vacancy of a master tenant lease. She is a graduate of University of Mary Washington, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Additionally, she holds an Accredited Commercial Manager designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management where she is currently a member of Chapter 77 and is a CPM candidate.
Ms. Lee is a Business Operations Manager at Eagle Cliff Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Eagle Cliff, Ms. Lee gained over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry, including positions as an Executive Services Administrator at Columbia Property Trust and Construction Administrator at Normandy Real Estate Partners. Ms. Lee’s extensive industry experience combined with her attention to detail, organizational skills, strategic thinking, and innovative and service-minded approach, have equipped her with the expertise needed to ensure that day-to-day business operations run efficiently and effectively. Ms. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
Board Members
Finn Wentworth is a Board Member of Eagle Cliff and the Founder of Maple Partners. Previously, he was a founder of Normandy Real Estate Partners which was founded in 2002 and sold to Columbia Property Trust in 2020; he served on its board before helping lead Columbia’s sale to PIMCO. Mr. Wentworth is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist with experience in commercial real estate, media, and sports ventures. His more than 35 years of real estate experience includes co-founding Gale & Wentworth, a nationally recognized investment and development firm that assembled a multi-billion-dollar property portfolio. Mr. Wentworth is a member of NJBIZ Magazine’s 2011 Hall of Fame which recognized his long-term commitment to business success in NJ. Prior to forming Normandy, he co-founded the YES Network and served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of YankeeNets, LLC, where he also served on the boards of the New York Yankees, the New Jersey Nets, and the New Jersey Devils. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to his industry and philanthropic endeavors, including founding the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund. Mr. Wentworth is chairman of the Morristown Memorial Hospital Foundation and a director of the Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge Foundation. He received the Jack Kelly Citizenship Award from the U.S. Rowing Association. Mr. Wentworth is also an avid mountain climber, he has climbed 49 U.S. state high points, including Mount Whitney in California, Mount Rainier in Washington, and Mount Hood in Oregon. He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (2019) in Tanzania, and the South American high point of Aconcagua (2020) in Argentina.
Kevin Clayton is a Board Member of Eagle Cliff. Prior to joining the Board of Eagle Cliff, Mr. Clayton was Partner and Head of Investor Relations for Energy Capital Partners. Mr. Clayton brings more than 30 years of marketing, management, fundraising and investor relations experience to his new position. He founded the Marketing and Client Relations department at Oaktree Capital Management, LP in 1995 at the firm’s inception, and managed and built the team into one of the most successful marketing and client relations teams in alternative investment management. He also served as a member of Oaktree’s Board of Directors and was Supervising Principal of Oaktree’s broker-dealer, OCM Investments, LLC, until his retirement from the firm in 2014. Prior to Oaktree, he worked for five years in the marketing and client relations area at Trust company of the West and began his career at Chrysler Corporation. Mr. Clayton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Lehigh University where he later served as Interim President from 2014-2015 and Chair of the Board of Trustees. Mr. Clayton also received a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University.
