With a bottom-up and top-down approach to identifying value, the Eagle Cliff team offers both operating partner expertise to assess opportunities and risk, as well as a sophisticated institutional approach.

Our goal is to invest with a focus on long-term value creation that maximizes profitability while reducing risk.

Diversified Asset Approach

Targeting under-supplied submarkets with high barriers-to-entry and focusing on developing or repositioning in-demand properties that fulfill a market need, as well as converting or entitling commercial assets for residential use.

Focusing on resilient properties in CBDs that outperform market cycles, pursuing opportunities in distressed debt, repositioning in boutique properties, and participating in corporate transactions.

Developing Class A warehouses in core locations, constructing in-fill projects for last-mile logistics, identifying mark-to-market opportunities for Class B/C in-fill properties and flex buildings, and investing in covered land plays with multiple paths to monetization.
